SECTION .0200 ‑ FOOD DISTRIBUTION

 

02 NCAC 51 .0201             ADMINISTRATION OF FEDERAL PROGRAMS

The State Farm Operations and Food Distribution Division has

a cooperative agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture and

administers the following programs:

(1)           Commodity Supplemental Food Program, 7 C.F.R. 247;

(2)           Donation of Foods for Use in United States, 7

C.F.R. 250;

(3)           Food Distribution to Households on Indian

Reservations, 7 C.F.R. 283.

The programs of 02 NCAC 51 .0201 comply with the fair

hearing procedures in 7 C.F.R. 247.20 and 7 C.F.R. 283.7(g).  Copies of the

uniform rules will be available upon request or upon application to participate

in the programs.
