11 NCAC 10 .1301             RATES: RATING PLANS: RATING RULES

AND FORMS APPLICABLE

Unless otherwise approved by the commissioner, the rates,

rating plans, rating rules and forms applicable shall be in accordance with the

most recent manual rates, rating plans, rating rules and forms promulgated by

either the North Carolina Rate Bureau or the Insurance Services Office, Inc.

and approved for usage in North Carolina.
