Unless otherwise noted, this subchapter applies to the "Choose
Life" grant program. If good cause is established to show that compliance
with this subchapter may result in an injustice to any party, this
subchapter may be suspended at the discretion of the OAG. The OAG
may consult with the Choose Life Advisory Committee regarding construction
of this subchapter.
