Section .0400 – Reappointment of notaries public

 

18 NCAC 07B .0401          REAPPOINTMENT

(a)  Application for Reappointment.

(1)           An applicant for reappointment shall submit

an application for reappointment.

(2)           Applicants for reappointment may apply

on-line on the Department's website.

(b)  Timing of Application for Reappointment. An applicant

for reappointment shall apply for reappointment no earlier than 10 weeks before

the expiration date of the applicant's commission.
