Liberty of Jail Yard

SECTION 10-12-10



   § 10-12-10  Limitation of actions on jail

yard bond. –

No action shall be maintained for the breach of any bond given for the liberty

of the jail yard as provided in § 10-12-2, unless the action is brought

within one year after the time the breach was committed.
