      STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

KRS 286.4-610

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION,

AND CONFORMITY: To promote the proper conduct of the consumer loan business and

to insure uniformity for purposes of examination by the executive director or

his representatives.

 

      Section 1. (1) When

a note has been reduced to judgment, the face of the account ledger or card

must show the following:

      (a) Name of court.

      (b) Date of

judgment.

      (c) Amount of judgment.

      (d) Court costs.

      (e) Defendant

against whom judgment obtained.

      (2) Thereafter, all

payments received must be applied to the judgment and properly identified.
