CHAPTER 398 - INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS

398.100            Fees for registration as athlete’s agent.

 

 

 

     NAC 398.100  Fees for registration as athlete’s agent. (NRS 398.472)  The secretary of state will charge and collect the following fees for registration as an athlete’s agent:

     For an initial application for registration............................................................................... $500

     For an application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or

          licensure issued by another state........................................................................................ 500

     For an application for renewal of registration......................................................................... 500

     For an application for renewal of registration based upon an application for

          renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another state.......................................... 500
