      STATUTORY

AUTHORITY: KRS 251.440

      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To specify that a grain storage license is required

for each location, if operated as a separate business establishment.

 

      Section 1. A

person, firm, or corporation operating at more than one (1) location must have

a license for each location if operated as separate business establishments.

The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the office or appropriate
