      STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION,

AND CONFORMITY: EO 2004-726, effective July 9, 2004, created the Cabinet for

Health and Family Services and placed the Department for Mental Health and

Mental Retardation within the cabinet. KRS 210.010 directs that the Secretary

for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall adopt rules and administrative

regulations which insure proper administration and enforcement of these

chapters.

 

      Section 1. Policies

and procedures of Hazelwood Center as set forth in the August 15, 1991 edition

of the Hazelwood policy manual consisting of five (5) volumes relating to the

operation of Hazelwood Center are incorporated by reference.

 

      Section 2. These

policies and procedures contained in five (5) volumes relating to the operation

of Hazelwood Center. They are available for inspection or copy at the office of

the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation

Services, 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky, and at Hazelwood Center,
