The office of

occupational safety and health is located in the Raleigh office of the North

Carolina Department of Labor and is known as the OSHA Division.  The mailing

address of the office is:  Division of Occupational Safety and Health, North

Carolina Department of Labor, 413 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 

27603-5942.
