SECTION .3900 ‑ DRUG EDUCATION SCHOOLS (DES)

10A NCAC 27G .3901 SCOPE

A drug education school (DES) is a prevention and

intervention service which provides an educational program for drug offenders

as provided in the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act and Regulations.
