      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS

224.46-520 requires the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet to

promulgate administrative regulations for permitting of persons who treat,

store, recycle, or dispose of hazardous waste. This administrative regulation

establishes specific Part B information requirements for air emission controls

for tanks, surface impoundments, and containers.

      Section 1. Specific Part B Information

Requirements for Air Emission Controls for Tanks, Surface Impoundments, and

Containers. The subject matter shall be governed by 40 C.F.R. 270.27, effective
