      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 350.600 requires the cabinet to adopt

administrative regulations for oil shale operations. This administrative

regulation provides for incorporation by reference of documents referred to in

these administrative regulations.

 

      Section 1.

Documents Referred to in these Administrative Regulations. The following

documents which are referred to in 405 KAR Chapter 30 are incorporated herein

by reference for the purposes of 405 KAR Chapter 30.
