Section .1300 – Wildlife Poacher Reward Fund

 

15A NCAC 10A .1301       fUNDING sOURCES

The Wildlife Resources Commission shall direct at least 10

percent of compensatory restitution associated with replacement costs and

investigative costs as defined in G.S. 15A-1343(b1)(5) and specified in Rules

15A NCAC 10B .0117 and 15A NCAC 10C .0215 to the Wildlife Poacher Reward Fund.
