Emergency Management

SECTION 30-15-21



   § 30-15-21  Penalties. –

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter or any rule, order, or

regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall upon conviction thereof

be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or

imprisonment for not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
