§891. Budget; appropriations and approval






Notwithstanding sections 2, 701 and 702, in Oxford County the county commissioners
may appropriate money, according to a budget that must be prepared by the Oxford County
Budget Advisory Committee. A unanimous vote of the county commissioners is required
to change the budget as presented by the Oxford County Budget Advisory Committee. [1991, c. 204, §2 (NEW).]
