9.0 Wildlife Theft Prevention Fund.
(Penalty Section 7 Del.C. §103(d))
9.1 Schedule of Rewards.
9.1.1 The Division shall pay up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of:
18.104.22.168 Commercialization of wildlife; or
22.214.171.124 Killing an endangered species or a species classified as a threatened species in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
9.1.2 The Division shall pay up to $500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of:
126.96.36.199 Illegally hunting black ducks, canvasbacks, Canada geese or turkeys;
188.8.131.52 Poisoning wildlife;
184.108.40.206 Gross over-limits of wildlife;
220.127.116.11 Illegally hunting waterfowl or deer on State game refuges;
18.104.22.168 Hunting or trapping out of season;
22.214.171.124 Illegally hunting at night;
126.96.36.199 Hunting during license revocation; or
188.8.131.52 Possessing, tending or setting killer traps with a jaw spread in excess of 5 inches.
9.1.3 The Division shall pay up to $100 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of illegally taking or wounding wildlife with a rifle.
9.1.4 The confidentiality of informants and their payments shall be maintained by administrative procedures. Peace officers, Department employees or members of their immediate families are not eligible for rewards.
