THE FOURTH CLASS CITY ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 215 of 1895

105.29 Property; negotiation; purchase.

Sec. 29.

Nothing in this chapter contained shall prevent any city from obtaining private property for any of the public uses herein specified by negotiation and purchase.
