Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart AAA, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for New Residential Wood Heaters," is adopted and incorporated by reference, except that decisions made by the administrator under Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, sections 60.530(c), 60.531, 60.533, 60.534, 60.535, 60.536(i)(2), 60.537, 60.538(e), and 60.539, are not delegated to the commissioner and must be made by the administrator.
