(a) This section relates to Alcoholic Beverage Code
§11.09 and §61.03.
(b) A secondary permit or license which requires the
holder to first obtain another permit, including a late hours permit,
expires on the same date the primary permit expires.
(c) A temporary permit or license expires on the date
indicated on the license or permit or on the same date as the primary
permit, whichever occurs earlier.
(d) The fees and surcharges for a secondary or temporary
permit or license may not be prorated or refunded.
