15A NCAC 05H .1301       PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The rules of this Section set forth the registration and

permitting requirements for new oil or gas wells.  These Rules also establish

procedures for review, modification, transfer, expiration, suspension or

revocation, and release of an Oil or Gas Well Permit.
