Person(s) managing used oil must comply with the requirements
in this chapter and the requirements in 40 Code of Federal Regulations
(CFR) Part 279, Standards for the Management of Used Oil, as amended
through July 14, 2006, at 71 FedReg 40280, which are adopted by reference.
For purposes of this chapter, the term "Administrator" or "Regional
Administrator" used in 40 CFR Part 279 shall be read to mean "State
Administrator, the Executive Director of the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality, or his representative." The term "Environmental Protection
Agency" or "EPA" used in 40 CFR Part 279 shall be read to mean "the
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality or its successor."
