SECTION 23-38-3



   § 23-38-3  Penalty for violation. –

A person who violates this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and

shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Each day that

the violation continues or exists shall constitute a separate offense.
