§2258. Registration under prior law

An individual holding a license as a licensed practical nurse in the State issued by the former Board of Registration of Nurses that is valid on September
12, 1959 is licensed as a licensed practical nurse under this chapter, and the renewal
of the licenses for those individuals must be effectuated under this subchapter. [RR 2009, c. 2, §88 (COR).]
