§

229. Number of licenses allowed

Unless specially

authorized by the board, it shall be unlawful for a person to hold more than

one first class license or more than one second class license at the same time

or a first class license and a second class license, or a second class license

and a third class license at the same time, or a bottler's license or wholesale

dealer's license and a license of any other class at the same time. However,

nothing herein shall be construed to prevent a person holding a bottler's

license and a wholesale dealer's license at the same time provided such person

pays both the license fees as provided in section 231 of this title.
