   § 23-6.1-3  Criteria and requirements of

program. –

The American Heart Association, Rhode Island Affiliate, Inc., shall submit the

requirements and criteria for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training

program to the department of elementary and secondary education for approval.
