Executive Order 86-38 
WHEREAS, the provisions of the Executive Order, dated January 14, 1963 ordered that the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund be placed under the Merit System of Personnel Administration, and;
WHEREAS, under agency discretion certain classes of personnel may be in the unclassified service and exempt from this order; and;
WHEREAS, some of these unclassified positions would now be more appropriately included within the classified service.
NOW THEREFORE, I George Nigh, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, by the authority vested in me by the provisions of 74 O.S. Supp. 1985, Section 840.3, order that all Attorneys currently employed in the Benefits Division of the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund be placed under the Merit System of Personnel Administration in accordance with the provisions of 74 O.S. Supp 1985, Section 840.13(1).
I HEREBY FURTHER ORDER that all Attorney positions upon becoming vacant in the Benefits Division of the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund shall be filled in accordance with 74 O.S. Supp 1985, Section 840.13(2).
The effective date of this order is October 1. 1986.
