666A.010         State representative office: Licensing fees.

666A.020         State branch or agency: Fee for application to obtain certificate of authority to engage in fiduciary activities.

 

 

 

      NAC 666A.010  State representative office: Licensing fees. (NRS 658.105, 666A.120)  An application for a license to establish and maintain a state representative office submitted pursuant to NRS 666A.120 must be accompanied by a fee of $300. The annual fee for renewal is $150.

      NAC 666A.020  State branch or agency: Fee for application to obtain certificate of authority to engage in fiduciary activities. (NRS 658.105, 666A.160)  An application to obtain a certificate of authority to engage in fiduciary activities submitted pursuant to NRS 666A.160 must be accompanied by a fee of $750.
