WVC 3-4A-31

§3-4A-31. Use of electronic voting systems in municipal elections.

The county court of any county which has adopted the use of an

electronic voting system is hereby authorized to make such system

available to any municipality in, or partly in, such county for use

in elections conducted by such municipality, and the use of the

electronic voting system by such municipality shall be upon such

terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the county court

and the municipality.
