Effective 5/9/2017 Repealed 7/1/2021 77-32a-105 Accounts with balances at termination of probation. (1) When a defendant successfully terminates probation and has a nondelinquent criminal

judgment account receivable with an outstanding balance, the court shall retain the account and allow the defendant to continue paying off the account.

(2) Should any balance become delinquent or in default, the court shall take appropriate action pursuant to Section 77-32a-103 or 77-32a-104.
