(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass at any time without a permit from the division of wildlife within a certain area on the Pickerel creek wildlife area posted with signs reading, "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful." Said area more particularly described as follows.

Located in sections 1, 35 and 36, Riley township, Sandusky county, Ohio. Commencing at the junction of the west line of section 36 and the center line of Raccoon creek thence northerly and northeasterly on and along the meandering center line of said Raccoon creek to the north line of said section 36; thence east on the north line of said section 36 to its intersection with the low water mark of Sandusky bay; thence southeasterly on and along the low water line of Sandusky bay to its intersection with the east line of the east half of the southwest quarter of section 36; thence south along the west edge of Riley township road 256 to a point some 330 feet south of the southeast corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 1; thence west along a straight line to the west line of section 1; thence north along the west line of section 1 to a point 660 feet south of the northwest corner of section 1; thence east along a line parallel to the north line of said section 1 to the east edge of Riley township road 254; thence northerly and northwesterly along the east edge of Riley township road 254 to its intersection with the west line of section 36; thence north along the west line of said section 36 to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 36; thence west along a straight line to the middle of Raccoon creek; thence northerly and northwesterly on and along the meandering centering line of said Raccoon creek to the place of beginning.

(B) The lands described above shall be closed to all persons except authorized personnel of the division of wildlife while such persons are in the performance of their official duties, or those issued a permit by the chief of the division of wildlife.

(C) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
