(A) The deed of agricultural easement shall identify the owner of the application property as grantor and the director of the department of agriculture, the local holder(s), and if applicable a federal holder as the grantees.

(B) The deed of agricultural easement shall comply with, but not be limited to, division (A)(2) of section 901.22 of the Revised Code.
