(A) An applicant who receives an award under the fixed-asset loan program or the micro-loan program shall submit to the director of the Ohio development services agency a progress report with each disbursement request, as set forth in greater detail in the program guidelines, as identified in rule 122:27-1-01 of the Administrative Code.

(B) An applicant who receives an award under the fixed-asset loan program or the micro-loan program shall submit to the director of the Ohio development services agency an annual report by March first of each year during the term of a loan, as set forth in greater detail in the program guidelines, as identified in rule 122:27-1-01 of the Administrative Code.

(C) The director of the Ohio development services agency may request any other information necessary to perform his or her duties under section 122.641 of the Revised Code.
