Section 107.56 of the Revised Code requires the office to analyze actions or proposed actions of state boards or commissions which could potentially contravene federal antitrust law. The law also requires the office to adopt rules necessary for the implementation and administration of this review. Accordingly, the rules in this section amplify the analysis and review required by that section, and in light of the U.S. Supreme Court case, styled N. Carolina State Bd. of Dental Examiners v. FTC, ___U.S.___, 135 S.Ct. 1101, 191 L.Ed.2d 35 (2015).
