Board may license architect, professional engineer, professional land surveyor or professional landscape architect without examination, when.

327.381. The board may license, in its discretion, any architect,

professional engineer, professional land surveyor, or professional

landscape architect licensed in another state or territory of the United

States, province of Canada, or in another country, when such applicant has

qualifications which are at least equivalent to the requirements for

licensure as an architect, professional engineer, professional land

surveyor, or professional landscape architect in this state, and provided

further that the board may establish by rule the conditions under which it

shall require any such applicant to take any examination it considers

necessary, and provided further that the board is satisfied by proof

adduced by such applicant that the applicant is of good moral character,

and provided further that any such application is accompanied by the

required fee.

327.381. The board shall issue a license to any architect, professional

engineer, professional land surveyor or landscape architect who has been

licensed in another state, territory or possession of the United States, or

in another country, provided that the board is satisfied by proof adduced by

such applicant that the applicant's qualifications meet or exceed the

requirements for initial licensure in Missouri at the time of the applicant's

initial license, and provided further that the board may establish by rule

the conditions under which it shall require any such applicant to take any

examination it considers necessary, and provided further that the board is

satisfied by proof adduced by such applicant that the applicant is of good

moral character, and provided further that any such application is

accompanied by the required fee which shall be equal to the examination fee.
