(a) Any party of record may, within 15 days after the date of service of a proposal for decision, file exceptions to the proposal for decision with the Executive Director of the Department and/or the Commission, as appropriate. Replies to such exceptions may be filed within 15 days after the deadline for filing such exceptions. Copies of exceptions and replies shall be filed with SOAH and served on the enforcement division of the Department as provided by §60.301(b) of this subchapter. (b) A request for extension of time within which to file exceptions or replies shall be filed with the Department and SOAH, a copy thereof shall be served on all other parties of record by the party making such a request. An extension of time may be granted by agreement of parties or by order of the ALJ assigned to the case upon a showing of good cause.
