(a) A vehicle used by a booting company or booting operator for booting operations must display on side of the vehicle:   (1) the booting company name as printed on the license;   (2) the booting company's publicly listed telephone number;   (3) the city and state where the booting company is located; and   (4) the booting company license number. (b) The information required to be displayed must be:   (1) printed in letters and numbers that are at least two inches high and in a color that contrasts with the color of the background surface; and   (2) permanently or with magnetic signs affixed in conspicuous places on both sides of the vehicle.
