(a) The filing fee for a new or renewal registration statement for a public safety organization, independent promoter, or public safety publication is $250. (b) The filing fee for a new or renewal solicitor's registration statement is $500. (c) The filing fee for an updated statement pursuant to §105.4 of this title (relating to Updates) is $50.
