(a) All applicants for certification or renewal must
submit a $500 certification fee to the Department.
(b) Fees will be prorated based on when the application
for certification is submitted, as outlined on the application.
(c) A fee paid in association with a void application
or denied renewal shall not be refunded.
(d) Renewal fees submitted after the expiration date
of the certification are subject to late fees prescribed in §12.024
of the Texas Agriculture Code.
