(a) Pursuant to §1001.352 of the Act, the license
holder must renew the license annually to continue to practice engineering
under the provisions of the Act. If the license renewal requirements
are not met by the expiration date of the license, the license shall
expire and the license holder may not engage in engineering activities
that require a license until the renewal requirements have been met.
