If a person violates Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter
754, or a rule, or order of the executive director or commission relating
to the Act, proceedings may be instituted to impose administrative
sanctions and/or recommend administrative penalties in accordance
with the Act or Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51, and 16 Texas Administrative
Code Chapter 60 and Chapter 74.
