This division implements the Community First Choice (CFC) option
governed by 42 CFR, Chapter 441, Subchapter K, regarding Home and
Community-Based Attendant Services and Supports State Plan Option
(Community First Choice). CFC is a state plan option to provide certain
home and community based services and supports.
