RULE §93.601 Appeal to the Commission

(a) An aggrieved party may appeal the commissioner's final decision to the Commission. The appeal must be in writing and must be filed within the applicable statutory deadline. (b) The appeal must state the identities and interests of the parties, the particular matters complained of, any specific objections, and the action sought from the Commission. (c) The Commission shall act on the appeal within the applicable statutory deadline or within sixty days, whichever is earlier.
