Rule §154.11 Program Compliance

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Texas Juvenile Justice
Department, and the operator of a county correctional facility shall
develop policies and procedures and an audit plan to monitor each
cost accounting center (CAC) under its respective jurisdiction for
compliance with state and federal law, guidelines, and rules adopted
by the Texas Board of Criminal Justice (TBCJ). Audits shall be conducted
annually.
  (1) Compliance monitoring reports, including a proposed
plan of corrective action for areas of noncompliance, shall be submitted
to the TBCJ.
  (2) Significant or continuing noncompliance may result
in termination of the contract with the CAC.
