THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FINANCING ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 281 of 1986

125.2173 Conditional effective date.

Sec. 23.

This act shall not take effect unless House Bill No. 5729 of the 83rd Legislature is enacted into law.
