RULE §1.141 Report to the Board; Evaluation of Council Costs and Effectiveness

The council presiding officer shall timely report any recommendations
to the Board but on no less than an annual basis. The council shall
also report council activities to the Board to allow the Board to
properly evaluate the council's work, usefulness, and the costs related
to the council's existence. The Board shall report its evaluation
to the Legislative Budget Board in its biennial Legislative Appropriations
Request.
