RULE §61.505 Reimbursement of Medical, Psychiatric Care or Counseling Expenses Paid by Victim or Claimant

Pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 56.34,
if circumstances require that the victim or claimant personally pay
a medical, or psychiatric care or counseling expense incurred as a
direct result of criminally injurious conduct, the OAG will award
compensation to the victim or claimant for the amount not compensated
by a collateral source.
