Act 148 of 2015

***** 28.113.new THIS NEW SECTION IS EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2016 *****

28.113.new Agencies not engaging in forfeiture; null report.Sec. 3.

A null report shall be filed under this act by a reporting agency that did not engage in any forfeitures during the reporting period.
