(a) The commission shall revoke or suspend a license, place on probation a person whose license has been suspended, or reprimand a license holder for a violation of: (1) Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1701; (2) the reporting requirements provided by Articles 2.132 and 2.134, Code of Criminal Procedure; or (3) a commission rule. (b) The holder of a commission issued license or certificate must be sent notice of any hearing, or other action or matter before the commission at: (1) the address of the agency shown in commission records to have the holder under current or last appointment; (2) the address shown on the Texas driver's license record of the holder; or (3) any other address requested by the holder in a written request to the executive director. (c) An action by the commission to deny, suspend, or revoke one license will, if so pled, also operate against any other commission license or certificate held by the same person. (d) The effective date of this section is January 14, 2010.
