The commissioner shall furnish approved forms of application,
and other information to aid in the filing of the application. After
the application and its supporting data have been received by the
commissioner, he shall make or cause to be made an investigation of
the application. The application form is available from the Texas
Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, 2601 North Lamar Boulevard,
Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705.
